Convert DataSet or datagridview to Excel Sheet using c#

have a requirement that either datagridview or dataset have to export to excel. iam not using typed dataset..manually iam binding the dataset to gridview. I am Using .NET 3.5 with VB2008 SP1. i need it in c#... i tried many examples in this site..but no use.....  :( thanks in advance...
